What Youu2019ll Be Doing As a BIM Specialist, youu2019ll play a critical role in bringing electrical designs to lifeu2014supporting field installations, resolving clashes, and ensuring seamless coordination across trades. + Produce 2D and 3D electrical BIM drawings for field installation + Interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical plans + Develop accurate 3D models of electrical systems for coordination + Participate in coordination and clash-detection meetings, balancing constructability, budget, and NEC code requirements + Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and field teams + Create shop drawings and cross-sections for underground conduits, cabling, and electrical systems + Support fabrication and installation with clear, build-ready documentation + Travel to project sites as needed + Follow all company safety standards, procedures, and quality programs What Weu2019re Looking For + 1u20132 years of BIM experience, preferably in electrical construction + Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks + Experience with 3D coordination + Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications + Electrical construction knowledge strongly preferred (contractor-side experience is a plus) Work Environment & Perks + Early schedule: 6:00 AM u2013 2:30 PM (30-minute lunch) + Hybrid flexibility: 2 remote days per week after 6 months + Work on cutting-edge data center projects + Join a 7-person BIM team within a growing organization of ~150 employees + Company is ISO 9001:2015 certified, committed to quality and continuous improvement + Fast-paced, collaborative environment with long-term career growth potential Why Join Us?
