Food Service Managers will lead staff to provide exceptional customer service, managing processes, and executing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Job Functions: u00b7 Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures. u00b7 Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation. u00b7 Assist the General Manager with proper task execution and completion, follow effective safety practices, schedule and cash integrity, talent acquisition and development, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting. u00b7 Work alongside team members to train and develop in preparing and packaging customer orders in a timely manner and to maximize customer service expectations. u00b7 Understand financial reporting, which includes profit and loss statements to affect business changes and capitalize on opportunities. u00b7 Addressing customer feedback and working to improve the overall dining experience. Requirements: u00b7 2+ years restaurant management experience. u00b7 2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1M+. u00b7 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements. u00b7 Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Additional screening may include a motor vehicle check and/or DOT Physical. Skills and Demands: u00b7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus. u00b7 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. u00b7 Ability to navigate various computer programs, systems, and technology tools as part of daily operations. u00b7 Must be able to talk, hear, move around, lift up to 50 pounds, and see clearly to perform job duties.
