MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS- Application wont be considered without + ERP Implementation experience end to end (Ideally SAP) + ADO Experience + 10+ YEARS acting as a Project Manager + MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO LISLE,IL 4X/WK (Monday- Friday) Official JD Location: Lisle, IL (Hybrid) must be onsite Monday-Thursday in the office and Friday is remote The IT Project Manager Initiates, Plans, Executes, Controls and Closes multiple simultaneous IT Projects. Applies the International IT process and leads cross-functional teams to complete tasks and deliverables according to the project schedule: on time, with quality and within budget. Requires people and resource management skills to work alongside and also manage cross-functional teams to complete projects. Successful candidates will demonstrate a history of success leading teams in a matrixed organization structure as well as success in leading without direct authority. The IT Project Manager has ultimate responsibility for the success of the project achieving its stated financial and performance targets. The IT Project Manager manages all project processes including interdepartmental meetings, technical/functional resource identification and allocation, feasibility and impact assessments, development of detailed project plans/schedules/budgets, project timeline and progress tracking, budgetary month over month forecast/actuals updates, change control process, management of required SDLC documentation to define project requirements, training, interdepartmental communications for implementation readiness and any other project activities needed to ensure on-time delivery within budget constraints. Selects, develops and evaluates team resources to ensure efficient operation of the project and its goals. Coordinates work performed by both internal staff and external partners. Projects vary in number, size and complexity. Desired skills u2022 STRONG Project Manager skillset (PM Processes/Best Practices): 5+ years corporate PM experience completing large scale/complex IT implementations with large/detailed project plans (critical path timelines in Microsoft Project) and directly managing their financial budgets. Skilled problem solver and change champion/leader. u2022 Domain Knowledge Requirements: Direct experience managing Greenfield Non-SAP Systems-to-SAP conversion implementations (not SAP- to-SAP conversions) with a high number of RICEFWu2019s in a complex legacy application ecosystem. Requires in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules and the ideal candidate should be experienced at seeing/uncovering risks, documenting risks and driving discussions with the SI/Stakeholders to take the appropriate actions to remove or materially reduce risk scenarios. u2022 Experience in the Truck OEM, Heavy Equipment, Bus, or Electric Vehicle space is a plus. u2022 Self-starter: Works autonomously to determine/drive the proper process/communications needed in order to motivate people and drive the team to accomplish goals to make the project a success. u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Experience speaking in large groups and delivering presentations to executive leadership. Must be able to take leadership feedback, quickly absorb and make decisions. Experience managing IT vendors (System Integrators) adhering to SOW/T&C, scope management and external vendor financials is required. u2022 Strong experience with Azure Dev Ops (ADO) is required. PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus. Experience u2022 Requires in-depth knowledge of Project Management processes and best practices. u2022 Track record of implementing large scale and complex IT initiatives and their budgets is required. u2022 PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certifications are strongly preferred. u2022 Experience using Agile practices to deliver is a must. Agile Certifications (CSM, CSP, etc.) are strongly preferred. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Azure DevOps (ADO) is a plus. u2022 Strong working knowledge of project finance and best practices is a must. Master of Business Administration preferred. u2022 Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word is required. Proficiency developing detailed project schedules and performing critical path analysis using Microsoft Project is required. u2022 Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / Green Belt training and/or certification is a plus. u2022 Proficient in applying established standards, resolving a wide range of complex problems of diverse scope in innovative ways, including problems where precedent may not exist. u2022 Change Champion with demonstrated history of success leading difficult projects where change is required and be comfortable leading organizational change. Responsibilities u2022 Works as a team leader in a fast-moving dynamic environment to deliver implementations that drive and support modernization across the organization. u2022 Must be comfortable with public speaking in large groups including Executive audiences. Networks with internal and external personnel. u2022 Must be a self-starter who is expected to develop detailed project scope, budget and schedules based on intent from leadership. u2022 Works autonomously to drive the proper process/documentation/tools needed to motivate to accomplish goals to make each project a success. u2022 Must be comfortable with real-time decision-making in the absence of complete or perfect information. u2022 Expected to identify, evaluate, document and develop mitigation plans for project risks and issues. u2022 Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. u2022 Must be a skilled problem-solver who follows through on corrective action implementation. u2022 Work is accomplished through independent contributions or project work requiring advanced subject area knowledge and decision-making skills. u2022 Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes. u2022 Instructs, coaches or provides informal guidance to other professionals or colleagues with less experience. u2022 Must be comfortable for up to 20% domestic travel. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lisle, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $75.00/hr.
