In this role, you will: + Collaborate with senior product managers to define and articulate the product vision and strategy for Medicaid enrollment, ensuring alignment with business and portfolio objectives. + Conduct stateu2011level research and market analysis to inform product enhancements, maintain compliance, and identify competitive opportunities. + Interpret state Medicaid enrollment requirements and translate them into precise, actionable product requirements. + Support product planning and execution, contributing to the development, management, and communication of the product roadmap. + Assist in driving leadership initiatives, supporting project execution and crossu2011team collaboration. + Manage vendor and state relationships, coordinating activities to ensure successful implementation and outcomes. + Prepare business cases, presentations, and reports to enable effective communication with crossu2011functional teams and stakeholders. + Facilitate communication between product and engineering teams, ensuring shared understanding and alignment on goals and deliverables. + Provide analytical support to evaluate performance, identify improvements, and recommend datau2011driven solutions. What you need to have to be considered: + Bacheloru2019s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. + Demonstrated expertise in Medicaid enrollment operations, with handsu2011on experience interpreting and managing stateu2011specific requirements. + Proven interest in product management with the ability and willingness to grow product management skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse stakeholders. + Ability to take initiative, work independently, and contribute positively to team outcomes. + Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret trends and support strategic decisionu2011making . + Basic understanding of financial concepts supporting business cases, profitability assessments, and product value evaluation. Salary and Other Compensation: Applicants will be accepted till 4/25/2026 Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. _Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future_ The annual salary for this position is in the range of $132K-$155K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
