Description We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Woburn, Massachusetts. This role requires a motivated individual with strong sourcing abilities and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will play a vital role in managing the full recruitment cycle while maintaining effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. u2022 Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across various industries. u2022 Communicate effectively with senior leadership, including the C-suite, to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals. u2022 Foster positive relationships with candidates while ensuring a seamless and detail-oriented experience throughout the hiring process. u2022 Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling interviews and managing applicant tracking systems. u2022 Utilize applicant tracking systems like Workday, Payscale, and Paycom to streamline recruitment workflows. u2022 Collaborate with internal teams to address hiring needs in high-growth environments such as financial services, healthcare, or fintech. u2022 Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and industry standards. u2022 Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to stakeholders. u2022 Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing and onboarding. u2022 Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface with senior leadership. u2022 Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems, such as Workday, UKG Ready, Payscale, or Paycom. u2022 Ability to deliver an exceptional candidate experience while fostering positive internal relationships. u2022 Experience in high-volume recruitment and corporate hiring environments. u2022 Familiarity with industries such as financial services, healthcare, fintech, or other high-growth sectors. u2022 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to handle administrative tasks effectively. u2022 Commitment to maintaining compliance with recruitment policies and standards.
