Responsibilities + Configure computer systems (hardware and software) and other related equipment for external customers + Diagnose and repair PC related systems within the warehouse environment using technical skills, hardware and software knowledge and troubleshooting techniques to maintain the expected system performance and production levels + Assess and repair PCs and peripherals requiring service to return them to full functionality + Configure PCs hardware and software to required specifications. Establish all connection points between PCs and network, troubleshooting applications and related problems + Provide system solutions to operating requirements using personal analytical skills and knowledge to facilitate production processes and enhance productivity + Train lower level tier technicians to improve their job responsibility regarding system applications using training aids and operating procedures + Ensure PCs have licenses for applicable software + ISO Compliance + Internal/External Audits + Maintain Ryder Safety & Security procedures + Work as a material handler, as needed + Performs other duties as assigned _Ryder is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer and Drug Free workplace.
