Desktop Support Analyst

Description We are looking for a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Wartburg, Tennessee. In this long-term contract role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless connectivity for users. Responsibilities: u2022 Provide hands-on desktop support, including device management, software installations, and hardware troubleshooting. u2022 Diagnose and resolve issues related to network connectivity, including LAN and WAN technologies. u2022 Perform break-fix support for docking stations, PCs, and other hardware components. u2022 Troubleshoot and resolve problems associated with Office 365 applications and services. u2022 Manage and document tickets in the support system, ensuring timely resolution of user issues. u2022 Utilize network monitoring tools to identify and address network performance or equipment issues. u2022 Configure and maintain network hardware, including switches and infrastructure components. u2022 Assist with desktop imaging and operating system installations to ensure systems are up-to-date. u2022 Support Active Directory environments by managing user accounts and permissions. u2022 Collaborate with team members to enhance IT processes and deliver superior user support. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in troubleshooting desktop hardware, software, and operating systems. u2022 Strong knowledge of network technologies, including LAN, WAN, and IP networking. u2022 Experience working with Active Directory for user and group management. u2022 Familiarity with Office 365 applications and their support processes. u2022 Ability to use network monitoring tools to assess and address connectivity issues. u2022 Solid understanding of network infrastructure, switches, and equipment. u2022 Demonstrated ability to perform basic and advanced troubleshooting tasks. u2022 Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with users.
