Litigation Staff Attorney

Description A nationally recognized plaintiffu2011side class action law firm is seeking a Staff Attorney to support active matters across multiple stages of litigation. This role is ideal for an attorney who is detailu2011oriented, collaborative, and experienced in discovery and legal drafting, and who thrives in a fastu2011paced, teamu2011driven environment. This is a contract position and offers a hybrid schedule with a consistent onsite presence. Key Responsibilities + Support class action litigation through all phases, with a focus on discovery + Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses + Assist with document review, discovery strategy, and production coordination + Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda in support of case strategy + Work closely with senior attorneys and litigation teams to meet case deadlines + Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with court rules and firm standards + Provide general litigation support as needed across active matters Details + Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote + Fullu2011time, longu2011term role with immediate start + Opportunity to work on highu2011impact plaintiffu2011side class action matters + Collegial, missionu2011driven firm culture with experienced litigation teams Requirements Qualifications + Active Arizona license and good standing required + Prior litigation experience; plaintiffu2011side or class action experience strongly preferred + Solid understanding of civil litigation and discovery procedures + Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills + Ability to manage assigned tasks efficiently in a highu2011volume environment + Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively + Willingness to work onsite three days per week For immediate consideration, email resumes to ] with the subject line
