Senior Maintenance Technician

Description The Sr Maintenance Technician will have the ability to lead other service technicians, design solutions for difficult problems, able to manage outside contractors, be on call for emergencies, ability to handle multiple projects and daily activities, and meet time lines as per company standards. Develop plans on how to accomplish departmental and distribution goals.u2022 Maintain and troubleshoot all conveyor systems, electrical, pneumatic and mechanicalu2022 Trains employees as needed.u2022 Provide feedback on tasks in the Preventive Maintenance programsu2022 Complete assigned PMs and provide feedback on any improvements that might be needed.u2022 Ability to install and maintain-- photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachs, and encodersu2022 Mentor technicians by motivating, providing guidance and directions to help them achieve their goalsu2022 Work with teams to complete any additional projects as assigned.u2022 Completes all safety training as assigned by the Company.Must be comfortable working under the conveyors, climb the stairs to the roof of the building, andBe comfortable lifting above 50 lbs.
