Agile Delivery Manager

Beacon Hill was founded to set a new standard in search, career placement and flexible staffing.Location: Remote EST (Must be able to come on site in the King of Prussia, PA area once per quarter for meetings - travel expenses are NOT reimbursed)Duration: 6+ month contract - will most likely be continually extended with opportunity to convert permanent.Benefits: role combines Scrum Master and hands-on Project Management responsibilities. The individual will lead all Agile ceremonies, ensure effective sprint planning and execution, and actively coach teams on Agile principles and best practices. When not facilitating delivery, this person will serve as an Agile coach to engineers, UX designers, and product partners, helping teams mature their Agile practices.Responsibilities include establishing missing Agile foundations such as working agreements, team norms, and best practices. The role is very hands-on, focused on getting product delivered, removing risks and blockers, managing dependencies, and ensuring timelines are met.The individual will drive teams toward improved efficiency through experimentation, continuous improvement, and collaboration. They will apply core Agile values and principles, demonstrate strong knowledge of multiple Agile methodologies, and clearly understand the associated roles and responsibilities.Key responsibilities include facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, refinements, reviews, and retrospectives; tracking progress and metrics; managing cross-team dependencies; and using Agile tools to maintain a strong learning and delivery cadence aligned to product vision.
