Stormwater Underground Utility Pipe Superintendent

Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Stormwater Underground Utility Pipe Superintendent for a client in Nashville, TN. The main responsibility of this person will be to direct and manage all onsite construction workers and equipment while making sure everyone follows procedures and safety standards. Responsibilities: u2003u2022 Organize and coordinate the daily activities of all crew members, subcontractors, equipment and use corrective action to keep the project on time and on budget u2003u2022 Identify and execute best practices concerning the efficient use of construction materials u2003u2022 Plan work in an efficient and effective order, maximizing progress in a safe and timely manner u2003u2022 Review and adhere to construction schedules, ensuring milestones and completion dates are met u2003u2022 Ensure company equipment is lawfully operated, cared for, maintained and used effectively u2003u2022 Operate heavy equipment and other construction duties as necessary u2003u2022 Promote, execute and adhere to the companyu2019s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture u2003u2022 Review safe work plans/hazard assessments with crew prior to starting a job Compensation: $78,000 to $88,400 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
