Your future duties and responsibilities: u2022Lead a team of QA engineers across multiple testing initiatives u2022Mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers and support their professional growth u2022Ensure quality delivery by analyzing business requirements and developing test plans and test cases u2022Plan and execute manual, automated, and performance test scenarios for software and data implementations u2022Participate in the full software development lifecycle from analysis and design through quality assurance, delivery, and support u2022Collaborate with team members to identify more efficient ways of working, including the use of AI to improve quality and delivery efficiency u2022Engage with business partners to analyze business processes and gather requirements u2022Contribute to project estimation and planning activities with team members u2022Document, communicate, and track defects, risks, and testing trends throughout the QA lifecycle u2022Strengthen quality standards and testing practices across project teams Required qualifications to be successful in this role: u20225+ years of experience in automated testing u2022Experience leading a team u2022Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, team members, managers, and domain experts u2022Demonstrated ability to understand business needs, analyze requests, and recommend effective testing solutions u2022Willingness to work across all aspects of quality assurance, including manual, automated, and performance testing u2022Ability to identify gaps and failure points in requirements, user stories, test cases, test plans, and test scripts u2022Ability to anticipate how users may misunderstand or deviate from intended application flows u2022Experience documenting, reporting, and communicating defects and quality trends u2022Knowledge of industry-standard automation tools and frameworks, with hands-on ability to implement and execute automated tests u2022Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail u2022Experience programming in a modern language such as Java, Python, or C# u2022Solid understanding of database principles and the ability to write and interpret SQL u2022Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related field, or significant experience as a QA Automation Engineer Desired qualifications u2022Hands-on experience designing and building test automation using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, SmartBear, Postman, SoapUI, and TestComplete u2022Hands-on experience designing and building performance tests using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner u2022Experience testing data, ETL, API, web application, serverless, mobile, and reporting solutions u2022Experience with CI/CD integrations and Git u2022Working knowledge of or hands-on experience testing cloud applications in AWS and Azure CGI anticipates accepting applications for this position through April 30, 2026.
