Property & Casualty Business Analyst (Duck Creek) Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Property & Casualty (P&C) Business Analyst with deep expertise in insurance platformsu2014specifically Duck Creeku2014to support end-to-end transformation initiatives. This role will lead requirements governance, functional solution alignment, and stakeholder collaboration across business and technology teams. The Business Analyst will drive requirements from conception to implementation and ensure delivery of highu2011quality business analysis outputs across the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities u00b7 Lead business analysis activities for P&C insurance platforms with emphasis on Duck Creek Policy. u00b7 Drive the endu2011tou2011end requirements lifecycle: discovery, documentation, validation, and traceability. u00b7 Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, solution architects, and technical teams. u00b7 Support Commercial Lines product implementations. u00b7 Conduct workshops, interviews, and gap analyses to capture detailed business requirements. u00b7 Develop functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and configuration documentation. u00b7 Ensure functional design integrity during development, testing, and production rollout. u00b7 Support rating, forms, user admin, batch processes, and Day 2 transaction activities. u00b7 Map business processes using tools such as Visio or LucidChart. u00b7 Serve as SME for P&C transformation initiatives. Required Qualifications Manager Level: u00b7 Minimum 15 years of IT experience. u00b7 8+ years of Business Analysis experience in Property & Casualty insurance. u00b7 Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy. u00b7 Strong understanding of P&C rating, forms, policy workflows, user administration, batch jobs, and Day 2 transactions. u00b7 Experience with Commercial Lines product implementations. u00b7 Proficiency with process mapping tools (Visio, LucidChart, etc.). Preferred Skills u00b7 Experience working with large P&C carriers. u00b7 Understanding of the endu2011tou2011end policy administration lifecycle. u00b7 Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions. u00b7 Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. u00b7 Experience with onshore/offshore delivery models. Salary and Other Compensation: u00b7 The annual salary for this position is between 120-155K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. u00b7 This position is also eligible for Cognizantu2019s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizantu2019s applicable plans.
