About the Role We're looking for a strategic and technically advanced professional to join our team as Lead Solution Architect, CRM. In this role, you will oversee solution design, system integration, and guide CRM strategy. You will design and implement complex CRM architectures, optimize processes, and ensure alignment across departments. You will also drive efficiency, data integrity, and long-term system improvements while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. What You'll Do Develop business requirements, specifications, process flows, application design, configuration, testing processes, and release management. Serve as application owner for Salesforce Sales Cloud, managing incidents, requests, and system performance. Oversee and ensure quality delivery of enhancement work completed by external providers. Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet expectations and deliver value. Coordinate production releases and communicate updates to business and IT leadership. Design and implement CRM architecture, including integrations and custom applications. Identify process inefficiencies and implement optimized solutions. Provide strategic input on system enhancements, integrations, and long-term improvements. Guide and influence CRM development priorities and execution. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (or 7 years equivalent work experience). 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience. 5+ years of software development experience across the full lifecycle. 5+ years of Salesforce Lead or Consultant-level experience. Experience designing and implementing custom applications on the platform. Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Sales Cloud Consultant certification. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in large enterprise Salesforce environments. Deep understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Expert knowledge of APEX, Visualforce, Salesforce APIs, and SOQL. Experience with data integration and third-party application integrations. Strong understanding of SOAP and RESTful web services, Data Loader, and Bulk APIs. Continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Location: Hopkins, MN Office The hiring base salary range for this position is 99,200 - 136,400 USD annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
