Youenjoy fast paced care of critically ill patients You work well within amultidisciplinary healthcare team You are autonomous and hard workingYou are available to work overnight hours Job Summary: Responsible forall aspects of pharmacotherapy on an assigned patient care unit.Provides clinical support and distribution services in coordination withphysician and nursing services in delivering quality and cost-effectivedrug therapy to patients. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCEDESCRIPTION: A minimum of one year hospital or three years of otherpharmacy experience is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor'sdegree in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. from an ACPE certified school ofpharmacy is required. Successful completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1residency is preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Demonstrateseffective use of computers and applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel,Outlook) as appropriate to practice and communicates effectively. Activemembership in the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin (PSW) preferred. Activemembership in the American Society of Health System Pharmacists (ASHP)and/or other national pharmacy organizations as approved by the PharmacyAdministration preferred. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Active WisconsinPharmacist License is required or eligible for and must obtain within 3months.
