Storage Engineer

Description Job Description: The Storage Infrastructure Engineer will possess technical expertise and engineering skills and is considered a leading subject matter expert for designing technical infrastructure solutions involving, Cyber Vault Administration, Air gapped vault workflows, backup and data protection, Storage hardware, hypervisors, Storage Area Network, Network-attaching storage, and cloud solutions, with general knowledge of Servers and Networking. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring high availability, performance, security and compliance of Air Gapped backup systems, including active involvement in Business continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and testing Cyber Vault Engineer Job Description u2022u2003u2003Design, operate, and continuously improve cyber-resilient backup and recovery platforms. u2013 Experience with Dell ECS, NetApp , PURE , Rubrik and Cohesity platforms . u2022u2003u2003Lead recovery readiness (including cyber recovery playbooks and DR drills). u2022u2003u2003Implement automation (Python/Ansible). u2022u2003u2003Drive audit, compliance, and vulnerability remediation across a hybrid data center estate. u2022u2003u2003Partners closely with Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to meet strict RPO/RTO and regulatory obligations. u2022u2003u2003Manage and migrate between systems and manage business complexity. u2022u2003u2003Architect and maintain end-to-end backup/recovery for mission-critical systems. u2022u2003u2003Define RPO/RTO per service tier and ensure continuous adherence. u2022u2003u2003Lead complex restores (file, DB, VM, application-aware), integrity verification, and forensics-assisted recovery during cyber incidents. u2022u2003u2003Create and maintain runbooks for cyber vault isolation, validation, recovery testing, and compliance evidence collection.
