About the Role The Senior Analyst u2013 Distribution is responsible for managing day-to-day distribution operations, ensuring accurate ERP transactions, and driving performance through KPI monitoring and analysis. This role combines operational oversight with strategic analytics to optimize transportation, warehousing, and inventory processes. The Sr. Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-effective solutions, maintain compliance, and support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain network. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. + Manage daily warehouse and distribution center activities, ensuring optimal workflow across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. + Control the movement of raw materials and finished goods from point of origin through delivery to customers, ensuring inventory accuracy and timely fulfillment. + Resolve exceptions in inventory, order fulfillment, delivery delays, shipment tracking, and transportation issues to meet service-level commitments. + Maintain accurate ERP transactions for inventory movements, shipping confirmations, billing activities, and warehouse adjustments. + Ensures the execution and continuous improvement of warehousing and logistics processes, such as the replenishment system, data interchange systems, cycle counting, electronic data systems administration, and related functions. + Track, analyze, and report key warehouse and transportation metrics: onu2011time delivery, inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, cost per shipment, carrier performance, and cycleu2011time metrics. + Builds relationships with manufacturing, suppliers, and customers through the resolution of delivery issues. + Integrates market intelligence from operating entities, distribution, transportation, suppliers, and customers to continuously improve competitive position. Abilities and Skills: Analytical, Project Management, Operational Excellence, Data Analytics, Business Acumen, Learning Agility, Influencing/Negotiation, Cross-level Collaboration and Communication. Key Responsibilities Day-to-Day Management: Oversee daily warehousing and distribution operations and ensure smooth execution of transportation and warehousing activities. Monitor and resolve exceptions in order fulfillment, shipment tracking, and delivery performance. Maintain accurate ERP system transactions for inventory movements, shipping, and billing. Performance Monitoring & KPI Management: Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, cost per shipment, carrier performance, and inventory accuracy. Analyze trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve service levels and reduce costs. Develop dashboards and reports for leadership visibility. Analytical & Strategic Support: Support strategic initiatives such as new product launches, process upgrades, modernization and process automation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, 3PL, procurement, operations, and finance to implement solutions. Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement projects using Lean or Six Sigma principles. Must Have: Minimum Requirements _To be considered for this role, please ensure the minimum requirements are evident in your applicant profile._ Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field and 4+ years experience in distribution, transportation, or supply chain OR Masters Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field and 2+ years experience in distribution, transportation, or supply chain Preferred Skills + Experience with ERP, and WMS/TMS systems. + Masters Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field + Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. + Familiarity with automation tools and process improvement frameworks. + Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and ability to manage transactions accurately. + Strong understanding of warehousing processes, carrier management, and cost modeling. + Advanced skills in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar). + Excellent communication and presentation skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. PR) locations (USD):$76,000.00 - $114,000.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Short Term Incentive (STI).
