Does that sound like you?The Opportunity with McKinstryWe are hiring a Executive Assistant to supporting multiple senior executives in Seattle, WA, including EVP and SVP-level, along with other senior leaders as needed. This role requires exceptional prioritization, advanced technology fluency, and the ability to operate as a trusted partner to multiple leaders in a growing business. You'll manage complex, fast-changing schedules in Outlook and deliver high-trust support for meetings and events, external communications, and special projects.This role may offer hybrid work flexibility; however, in-office presence and schedule expectations will be determined by business needs and the leaders supported. A minimum of three days per week in the office is required. Occasional overtime may be required to support business-critical deadlines, meetings, and events.To succeed in this role, you're self-motivated, anticipate needs, and follow through. You bring strong customer service instincts, solve problems quickly, and are energized by emerging technology and AI-enabled ways of working. You'll understand business priorities and help strengthen division processes aligned to McKinstry's enterprise goals.Responsibilities include:Manage complex, fast-changing calendars and scheduling across multiple executives, including EVP and SVP leaders.Triage incoming requests across multiple executives-anticipate conflicts, surface tradeoffs, and recommend solutions.Coordinate meetings and events-manage logistics, agendas, materials, catering, and communications.Run the executive operating cadence-prepare agendas and pre-reads, capture decisions, and drive action-item follow-through.Prepare executive-ready briefings-draft memos, prep notes, and presentations for leadership, Board, and key client engagements.Apply AI tools and Microsoft 365 (Teams, Copilot, and related technologies) to streamline workflows, improve communication, and boost executive-team efficiency (including Teams meetings and channel administration).Draft executive communications-emails, internal updates, and meeting follow-ups-ensuring messaging is accurate and on-brand.Serve as a polished liaison for internal and external contacts-represent leaders with professionalism and strengthen relationships that reflect McKinstry's commitment to exceptional service.Align leaders and cross-functional partners-confirm priorities, decisions, and owners.Drive execution across stakeholders-clarify next steps, confirm timelines, and communicate progress.Support projects and presentations-organize, research, and compile required data.Coordinate limited domestic travel as needed-plan itineraries and manage changes.Manage expenses and invoices-submit expense reports, route purchase requests, and partner with Finance to ensure policy compliance.Maintain team playbooks and processes-document procedures and modernize workflows.Resolve issues with speed and discretion-research, investigate, and close loops.Build a positive team environment-strengthen working relationships inside and outside the group.What You Need to Succeed at McKinstryExecutive Assistant experience-8+ years supportin
