Our goal is to empower, develop, and connect ourinternswhile fostering fresh perspectives and ideas that will drive our organization forward.Program Details:- Start Date: June 1, 2026- Duration: 10 weeks- Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid/Onsite)About the PositionWe are seeking a ServiceNow Intern to support Service Order Management and Telecom Service Management (TSM) initiatives with a focus on implementing ServiceNow Assist and GenAI-powered capabilities to improve operational efficiency and service visibility.Key ResponsibilitiesService Order Management & TSM- Assist in configuring and enhancing Service Order Management workflows.- Support service assurance use cases including service health monitoring and order tracking.- Participate in workflow optimization and automation improvements.GenAI & Intelligent Automation- Help implement and test ServiceNow Assist / GenAI features.- Support prompt configuration and user acceptance testing.- Document GenAI configurations and operational workflows.Platform Development & Integration- Develop automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and scripts.- Assist with REST API integrations across systems.- Support dashboards and operational reporting.QualificationsRequired- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.- Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform and ITSM fundamentals.- Familiarity with JavaScript and API integrations.- Interest in GenAI and intelligent automation.Preferred- Exposure to ServiceNow TSM or Service Order Management modules.- Familiarity with ServiceNow Assist or Now Intelligence.What You'll Gain- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Order Management and TSM.- Practical exposure to GenAI implementation in enterprise platforms.- Mentorship from ServiceNow platform leaders- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Order Management and TSM.- Practical exposure to GenAI implementation in enterprise platforms.- Mentorship from ServiceNow platform leadersEstimated base pay range for this role: $23.00-$25.00 USD/hour.The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs.Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance and 401(k).The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days.
