Job Description Summary The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing lean improvement projects that align with strategic business objectives. This role involves promoting the Aero Alliance cultural brand throughout the organization to achieve Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), Quality, and overall business goals. The candidate will identify opportunities to eliminate waste and non-value-added activities, utilizing best-practice lean tools such as Kanban, Just-In-Time (JIT), Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Kitset delivery, and vendor-managed inventory to drive efficiency and cost savings in operations. Additionally, the role includes identifying processes suitable for automation and the reduction of manual effort, collaborating with all business functions to enhance overall performance. Job Description Essential Responsibilities u2022 Eliminate waste processes through application of Lean principles, thereby driving strategic turnaround time reduction initiatives. u2022 Be a champion of EHS guidelines and always keep them in the forefront of any improvement or event. u2022 Hold project management expertise required to drive plans through to completion. u2022 Identify, coach & mentor lean methodology to drive improvement objectives. u2022 Have excellent people leadership & communication skills at all levels. u2022 Identify & implement KPIu2019s to track project progress. u2022 Lead Lean activities in a factory setting and facilitate workshops including Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen Blitz, Obeya, 5S, and drive for excellent results. u2022 Apply change management principles to deliver project goals, build system and process competency, and integrate multiple improvements at one time. u2022 Identify solutions to provide real-time job costing visibility and process simplification, supported by a business case for change, with implementation reviews, KPIu2019s, and benefits analysis. u2022 Adopt project management, planning, and operating rhythm deliverables including frequent communication and presentations to functional leadership, project leadership, and business stakeholders. Basic Qualifications u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent experience u2022 4+ years manufacturing experience in a shop floor environment u2022 Must have hands-on experience using Lean tools and methodologies u2022 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Desired Characteristics u2022 Lean Certification (Green or Black Belt) preferred u2022 AutoCAD or other design software experience highly desirable u2022 Full working knowledge and application of Lean concepts u2022 Effective communication skills; comfortable presenting projects, facilitating Lean events, and coaching others u2022 Proven record of implementing and inspiring continuous improvement culture in an organization u2022 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for identifying improvement opportunities u2022 Change management skills to drive process implementations and process improvements across multiple departments u2022 Fluent in English and interest in international networking. Eligibility Requirement The base pay range for this position is $81,700.00 - 136,700.00 USD Annual . The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidateu2019s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a 10% performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This posting is expected to close on April 06, 2026 or thereafter.
