Position Profile Generates referrals and admissions from physicians, skilled nursing/assisted living facilities, group homes, managed care case managers and other contacts, gaining exposure and informing contacts of HOV programs and services. Responsibilities u00a7 Develops and maintains positive relationships with referral sources. u00a7 Promotes and differentiates HOV services and programs. u00a7 Monitors and analyzes referral activity/trends and facilitates continuous improvement. u00a7 Participates in strategic management of market plan. Ensures current and accurate customer database. u00a7 Maintains and enhances professional skills. u00a7 Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct. Minimum Qualifications u00a7 High school diploma required. u00a7 Minimum two years sales/business experience. Preferred Qualifications u00a7 Bacheloru2019s degree in business administration, marketing or healthcare preferred. u00a7 Healthcare/hospice experience preferred.
