Job Title: Concrete Finishers Job Description: Aerotek is looking for a hardworking, knowledgeable, and dedicated person to join our clientu2019s team as a Commercial Concrete Finisher for their commercial division. This is a great opportunity to work with a leading General Contracting Company in Indiana. Responsibilities: + Smoothing out, leveling, and finishing freshly poured concrete + Operating power construction equipment + Setting the forms that hold concrete + Spreading, leveling, and smoothing concrete + Lifting, carrying, and holding materials, tools, and supplies + Placing concrete into forms + Removing rough or defective spots from concrete surfaces + Patching holes with fresh concrete or epoxy compound + Understanding and interpreting blueprints + Performing daily tasks in any weather condition Qualifications: + Previous experience as a Commercial Concrete Finisher + Ability to operate power tools such as trowels, float blades, and troweling blades + Experience with groove cutters/jointer tools + Must be willing to work long hours outdoors in various conditions and lift 75 pounds + Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions + Ability to read and interpret blueprints Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
