Job Title: Industrial Painter Job Description We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to apply paint to various materials and surfaces, ensuring a high-quality finish. This role involves setting up and cleaning paint equipment, mixing paints and coatings, and preparing surfaces by removing rust, filling holes, and masking details for painting. Responsibilities + Apply paint to diverse materials and surfaces using various techniques. + Set up and clean up paint equipment efficiently. + Mix paints and coatings to achieve desired colors and finishes. + Remove rust, fill holes and dents, and create smooth surfaces. + Mask off details and components to prepare surfaces for painting. Essential Skills + Proficiency in painting and paint preparation. + Experience in industrial painting and sanding. + Skillful use of spray gun techniques. + Minimum of 3 years of experience with materials and equipment. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Current and valid United States driver's license. + Reliable transportation. + Willing to submit a background check and drug test. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a climate-controlled facility with two large paint booths. The schedule includes a 4/10 work week, Monday through Thursday from 4pm to 2am. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
