Job Description A large hospital system is hiring a permanent Clinical Informatics Director in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. u25cf Strategic Vision & Team Leadership: Drive the overarching strategy for the Clinical Informatics department, cultivating a high-performance culture of ownership and proactive problem-solving across diverse hospital settings and geographical regions. u25cf Interdisciplinary Clinical Alignment: Orchestrate seamless collaboration between technical, clinical, and operational teams to ensure that technology deployments prioritize workflow efficiency, standardized practices, and enhanced patient safety. u25cf Executive Advisory & Stakeholder Influence: Serve as the primary technology liaison and trusted advisor to market leadership, leveraging expert negotiation and relational diplomacy to align complex IT interests with local clinical needs. u25cf Operational Oversight & Innovation: Manage high-level project escalations and routine operations while utilizing data analytics and emerging industry trends to continuously optimize technology adoption and organizational value.
