FTE: 0.001000 Standard Hours: 0.01 Shift: Shift 4 Shift Details:Holidays: Weekends: Job Summary: This position offers an educationalopportunity to expose an Intern to working in Sterile Processing. Thisindividual, under supervision of the Sterile Processing Manager will beresponsible for tasks relating to decontamination, processing andsterilization. Other duties as assigned. This internship opportunity isa six week or 250-hour internship to be completed between June 2026 andSeptember 2026. Other information: EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Enrollment inHigh School as a rising Junior or Senior required. SPECIAL SKILLSDESCRIPTION: Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer serviceskills necessary to interact with visitors and hospital staff asnecessary are required. Other information: EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: None.EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: Experience in the use of computer programsincluding Word, spreadsheets, HR information systems, e-mail theinternet is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Enrollment in High Schoolrequired.
