Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: u2022 Sound clinical judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. u2022 Ability to make decisions ethically and act as a patient advocate. u2022 Understanding of ECMO equipment, products, and systems. u2022 Adept at initiating and administering complex therapeutic interventions. u2022 Ability to be accountable and committed to quality and safety. Education: u2022 Associate's of Nursing [Required] u2022 Master's of Nursing [Preferred] Field of Study: u2022 N/A Work Experience: u2022 2+ experience as an RN, RRT, Ecmo specialist or coordinator, Nurse Practitioner or physician assistant in an acute-care setting within the last five years [Required] u00b7 Current valid State of Florida or multi state license as a Registered Nurse or Registered Respiratory Therapist [Required] u00b7 Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
