Building Enclosure Senior Project Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer u2013 Building Enclosure to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead and deliver building envelope commissioning and consulting services across a diverse portfolio of projects, including university campuses, healthcare and research facilities, battery and manufacturing plants, and commercial developments. Your work will involve consulting, testing, and commissioning a wide range of building enclosure systemsu2014helping clients create high-performing, durable, and resilient buildings. Essential Functions u2013 What youu2019ll do + Lead design, submittal, and shop drawing reviews for building enclosure systems + Perform and oversee site inspections and field/lab testing + Identify and resolve field issues, maintaining clear documentation and reports + Serve as a key client contact, providing technical expertise and guidance + Manage project schedules, budgets, and multiple concurrent assignments + Support development of internal standards and best practices + Build and maintain client relationships; contribute to new business efforts + Represent the firm at industry events and conferences What You Bring + Strong knowledge of building enclosure systems and fau00e7ade detailing + Experience leading projects from design through construction and post-occupancy + Hands-on field experience with installation observation and testing + Excellent report writing and documentation skills + Ability to manage priorities independently and meet deadlines + Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and visual/sketching) + Willingness to travel regularly Requirements + Bacheloru2019s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (Masteru2019s preferred) + 5+ years of relevant experience in building enclosure consulting, architecture, or engineering + Experience with construction administration and field-based work + Proven ability to manage projects, clients, schedules, and budgets Powered by JazzHR
