Cleared Programs Recruiter Company: IDS International Employment Type: Full -Time Compensation: $59,000 - $67,000 salary (experience-based) plus recruiting bonuses per employee start ranging from $250-$500. WHY THIS ROLE This role is designed for a recruiter who thrives in the cleared space and excels at rapidly hiring highly specialized, mission-critical talent. You will support sensitive government and intelligence programs where hiring speed, accuracy, and compliance are essential to operational success. This is a long-term opportunity for a motivated professional who wants to grow beyond recruiting into operations management, gain deep expertise in security clearance processes, and ultimately progress into program and operations management leadership roles. KEY ROLES YOU WILL RECRUIT You will source, screen, and hire candidates with five or more years of experience in one or more of the following areas: + Cleared Escorts + Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) + Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) + Industrial or government security involving counterintelligence + Construction quality assurance + Hands-on supervisory construction + Security monitors + Cleared custodians + Bodyguards + Translators Many roles support sensitive construction and secure facility environments requiring familiarity with ICD/ICS 705 and associated technical specifications. RESPONSIBILITIES Recruiting & Talent Acquisition u2022 Manage full-cycle recruiting for cleared programs with an emphasis on speed, quality, and compliance u2022 Partner with program leadership to understand staffing priorities, timelines, and clearance requirements u2022 Proactively source candidates using applicant tracking systems, referrals, and cleared-talent networks u2022 Conduct initial outreach, screening, and coordination of interviews once verification is complete Security Clearance Awareness u2022 Understand and respect clearance verification workflows and restrictions u2022 Ensure candidates are verified prior to interviews or program-specific discussions u2022 Maintain confidentiality and compliance throughout the recruiting process Pipeline & Operations Management u2022 Maintain accurate, real-time recruiting trackers and dashboards u2022 Track candidate status, site assignment, clearance level, and readiness u2022 Produce regular recruiting and pipeline reports tied to monthly quota performance Tools & Organization u2022 Heavy daily use of Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and SharePoint u2022 Maintain meticulous organization, documentation, and follow-up discipline u2022 Coordinate effectively across recruiting, security, HR, and operations teams SUCCESS IN THE FIRST 90 DAYS u2022 Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified cleared candidates u2022 Demonstrate consistent compliance with clearance verification processes u2022 Meet or exceed monthly recruiting quotas u2022 Establish trust with program leadership through reliability and performance REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS u2022 Proven experience recruiting in the cleared space u2022 Demonstrated knowledge of government security clearance processes u2022 Experience recruiting technical, construction, or security-focused roles u2022 Strong Microsoft 365 and spreadsheet skills u2022 Highly organized, self-motivated, and performance-driven PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS u2022 Familiarity with ICD/ICS 705 environments u2022 Experience with clearance-related topics such as SF-86, e-QIP, JPAS, or similar systems u2022 Background recruiting for construction surveillance, protective services, or cleared operational roles CAREER GROWTH This role is intentionally designed as a growth position.
