ATSU - Admissions Counselor Mesa, AZ ( Job Type Full-time Description The Admissions Counselor executes strategic recruitment initiatives for A.T. Still University's health professions programs. The Counselor manages the full admission cycle from initial prospect engagement and eligibility assessment to final matriculation. This role is pivotal in curating a high-caliber cohort of future healthcare professionals who align with the Universityu2019s mission. The Admissions Counselor reports to the Assistant Director u2013 Recruitment and Retention on respective campus. Strategic Student Recruitment: + Collaborate with admissions leadership to design and execute data-driven recruitment strategies + Manage high volume of one-on-one meetings and phone calls with prospective students and applicants + Represent the university at key external events, including national conferences and college visits, to build brand awareness and engage with potential applicants.
