And ifthat's you we would love to have you join us Job Description As aSales Support Representative, you will provide guidance, assistance andsupport to sellers to optimize their time spent engaging with customersand reduce the time dedicated to internal tasks. You will report to theTeam Lead, NA Sales Support. Your Responsibilities: Coordination -partnering with teams such as Customer Care to help expedite and resolvecritical sales-related issues affecting customers. Typical activitiesinclude: Assistance coordinating with Partner Care or Customer Care oncomplex urgent customer delivery issues Assistance with coordinatingservice calls Assistance with tech support escalations Assistance withcomplex quality issue coordination Assistance with complex LCS issueresolution Support - guiding sellers to the appropriate internalresources within RA, streamlining inquiries to ensure efficient accessto processes, tools, or contacts. Typical activities include: Guidanceon product substitutions Concessions support and collaboration withCustomer Care Guidance on software portal Issues Assistance withrequests for information and form submissions Guidance on the advancedorder notification process Guidance on or coordination of CustomerFirstcomplaint process Guidance on general Salesforce questions for RA salesNavigation - providing support to sellers on specialized, high-contexttasks related to internal processes and tools that are outside ofseller's core responsibilities. Typical activities include: Assistancewith pricing / agreements navigation and support Navigation support forinternal sales tools like Salesforce CRM, Anaplan, Power BI, SAP...
