A Snapshot ofYour Day In theEngineering Development Program (EDP), you will experience a 12-monthrotational program with three challenging 4-month assignments in SiemensEnergy. You will get direct exposure to multiple product lines in the powergeneration industry through rotations in at least two different locations(Orlando, FL, Charlotte & Winston Salem, NC, and Ft. Payne, AL.) Theserotations will help assure a well-rounded view of the many career opportunitiesin Siemens Energy. Additionally, customized training and projects will ensureyou learn and experience some of the most technologically advanced powergeneration equipment on the market. During theprogram, in addition to learning the technology and the company, you candevelop life-long friendships with your fellow EDP colleagues while creating anetwork that can benefit you throughout your career. After completion of the 12month program, you will be placed in Orlando where you can further grow yourengineering career. What You Bring + Seeking proactive, driven, and caringindividuals who want to become part of our engineering development programin Siemens Energy + By June 2026, you will have aBacheloru2019s or Masteru2019s degree in Engineering or related field + Applicants must be legally authorized foremployment in the United States without need for current or futureemployer-sponsored work authorization. About the Team Gas Services Our GasServices division offers Low-emission power generation through service anddecarbonization.
