Job Description The Administrative Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, program, and project support to a new and growing department at our client, serving as a central point of coordination across multiple programs and initiatives. This role supports department leadership, program managers, and project teams through calendar and meeting coordination, documentation and reporting, communication management, and day to day administrative operations. The Administrative Coordinator takes detailed meeting notes, tracks action items, supports project and program management activities, and proactively identifies needs to keep work moving forward. The role requires strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities while supporting multiple programs, with a strong preference for candidates who bring prior client experience and familiarity with systems such as Workday.
