About the role Assists in the installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective repair of the automated packaging and distribution equipment. This position is for 3rd shift (10:00 PM u2013 6:30 AM), with 5, 8-hour shifts scheduled Sunday night through Friday morning. Ideal for individuals seeking overnight work and consistent hours. What you'll do Maintains and repairs distribution center racking. Repair basic conveyance problems and AC circuitry and understands the proper resources for resolution. Repairs and maintains material handling equipment and building pneumatic systems. This includes but not limited to belt tracking, component adjustment/replacement, component lubrication, etc. Creates and closes Work Orders to include labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used into asset management system. Completes preventive Maintenance routines, documentation and procedures. Locates and tracks spare parts from inventory. Performs other duties as assigned. What you'll need Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training. Previous work experience in basic preventive/predictive maintenance & troubleshooting skills and repair methods. Previous experience or coursework in Mechanical and/or Electrical basic components, compressors and pneumatics. The minimum salary for the Intern position is $17.00 per hour and the maximum salary for the Intern position is $18.00 per hour.
