Sodexo is seeking an experienced Senior Manager 2, Segment Finance to lead financial strategy and performance management for our partnership with Lehigh Valley Health Network. In this highly visible role, you will collaborate with Sodexo leadership and client stakeholders to deliver financial insights and analytics that support strategic decision-making and operational success across the health system. This position offers a hybrid work environment with approximately 75% remote flexibility. Candidates located within a reasonable commuting distance are preferred to support periodic on-site engagement, client-facing collaboration, and a strong understanding of operational needs. What You Bring + Bacheloru2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred + 2u20134 years of experience in finance, financial planning & analysis, accounting, or related areas + Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling) required + Working knowledge of Access databases and other Microsoft Office tools preferred + Demonstrated ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make sound financial recommendations + Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders + Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines + Collaborative mindset with a commitment to customer service and continuous improvement + Desire to grow into progressive leadership opportunities within Sodexo Who We Are At Sodexo, our purpose is to create a better everyday for everyone and build a better life for all.
