If youre ready for a fresh start this spring, now is the time to make a difference.Position: Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Hourly Pay: $18-25/hr for direct billable hours (based on experience)Training, onboarding, and drive time: Paid at $12.50/hr Sign on Bonus- $500 after 90 days in the field Paid RBT certification training provided within your first month of employment What Youll DoProvide one-on-one support to children with autism and related developmental needs using evidence-based strategiesImplement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising clinicianTeach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in home, school, or community settingsCollect data on client progress and adjust support strategies as neededBuild positive, supportive relationships with clients and their familiesCollaborate with a clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality careCelebrate small wins that lead to meaningful, life-changing progressBe a steward of ATSs mission, vision, values, and beliefs.Why Join ATS This Spring?Bi-weekly pay for the rewarding, hard work.Up to 2 weeks paid time off (based on hours worked) + 12 floating holiday hours.We offer medical coverage from individual to family plan options, dental, vision for those who qualify. What Were Looking For?High school diploma, or GED (minimum) and 18+ years old.Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (or related coursework).Valid drivers license, car insurance, and your own reliable vehicle is required.This is not a position where rideshare or public transportation can be used. Candidates with evening/after-school availability preferred (sessions typically 2-6 hours, Monday-Friday).General knowledge of computer systems, including Windows and Google products.
