You would be responsible for ensuring customers (patients and clinics) of Scout Clinical receive excellent and consistent service. This includes arrangement of patient coordinated travel requests submitted via our Scout Portal, telephone, or through Salesforce, and answering questions in a timely and courteous manner. This is a full-time, 1-year contract position.Schedule information Fully remote position for the following shift: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (GMT/GMT +1)Hours: 9-hour shift (including 1-hour lunch for a total of 8-hour shift) Position requires flexibility to work additional hours if needed and some holiday work may be requiredResponsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:  Scheduling travel requests for patients enrolled in clinical trials, including: Arrangements including flights, hotel, ground transportation, and special needs assistance, as well as provide any assistance for any issues that arise during travel Primary function to arrange ground transportationInteraction and management of vendors handling travel requestsReview travel requests against study parameters and seeking approvals where necessaryComplete all required initial and ongoing training within a reasonable or provided timeframeThe ideal candidate will have the following experience, skills, and knowledge:  BS or BA degree or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of experience within the customer service or life sciences industry preferredExperience working with payments, invoices and/or expenses to achieve results on a deadlineExperience in the travel and/or hospitality industry is a plusFluent in Spanish and English - both spoken and writtenStrong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer)Ability to modify, edit, and create Excel spreadsheets, Word documentsAbility to work with software platforms (e.g. Salesforce)Ability to work with financial information, including knowledge and understanding of foreign currency and ability to convert to USDAbility to track and manage key dates/deadlinesEager to learn and develop, with a high level of coachability and growth mindsetExcellent Interpersonal skillsAttention to detailWell organized with an ability to prioritize and multi-taskExtremely customer service orientedPatient, flexible attitudeAbility to work within and meet strict deadlines / time managementThrive in fast-paced environments, maintaining performance under pressureInnovative problem solver, using critical thinking to address challenges proactivelyDiplomatic and discreetCollaborative team player, fostering positive relationships with colleagues and clientsVisit our website at
