This role will partner closely with executive leadership to provide actionable insights that drive profitability, cash flow, and long-term value creation.**This role is an individual contributor position and will play a hands-on role with both internal and external stakeholders. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to play a key role during a time of growth at a PE backed company**Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Planning & Forecasting: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic financial planning to support business growth and organizational objectives.Financial Modeling: Build and maintain advanced financial models, including scenario analysis, driver-based models, and project profitability assessments.Performance Management & Analytics: Monitor KPIs related to revenue, margin, and efficiency; analyze key metrics across service lines to inform executive decision-making.Business Partnership: Collaborate with leaders across Sales, Operations, Product, and Technology to optimize resource allocation and drive operational performance.Cash Flow & Value Creation: Partner with Accounting to forecast cash, working capital, and liquidity requirements.Financial Reporting: Ensure timely, accurate financial statements in collaboration with Accounting.Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead financial due diligence, model evaluation, transaction support, and post-close integration for acquisitions and divestitures.Private Equity & Executive Reporting: Prepare materials for board meetings, lender reporting, and private equity stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferredCPA designation highly preferred8-12+ years of progressive FP&A experienceExperience in PE-owned companies a plusStrong Excel and financial modeling skillsBackground in LegalTech, SaaS, eDiscovery, or professional services highly desirableDeep understanding of GAAP/IFRS and accounting systems (ERP experience preferred)Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial information to executives and investorsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailWork Environment & BenefitsFully remote position with flexible schedulingHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) plan with employer matchingPaid family leave and flexible time offSupportive, collaborative team culture with opportunities for professional growthInterested in hearing more?
