Easy Apply now by clicking the Apply button and sending us your resume.Salary: $95,000 - $105,000 per yearA bit about us:A dynamic leader in commercial construction specializing in retail, grocery, and hospitality projects, known for delivering high-quality builds through strong team collaboration, operational excellence, and a commitment to safety and client satisfaction.Why join us?Competitive base salary $95,000 - $105,000 per year$40 per day per diem + $165 per week truck allowancePerformance-based yearly bonus up to 10% of salaryNight shift opportunities with premium scheduling flexibilityFrequent travel across the Southeast with full supportComprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.)Career growth in a values-driven, team-oriented construction cultureOpportunity to work on high-profile retail and hospitality projectsJob DetailsJob Details / Responsibilities:Lead on-site construction operations for retail (Walmart/Sam's Club), grocery (Publix), and hotel projects from start to finishManage night-shift activities ensuring safety, quality, schedule adherence, and budget controlCoordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and self-performed work on-siteEnforce strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site at all timesConduct daily progress meetings, track production, and resolve field issues promptlyMaintain accurate daily reports, photos, and documentation for project recordsCollaborate closely with preconstruction, project management, and client teamsOversee constructability, sequencing, and logistics for complex night-shift workEnsure compliance with plans, specifications, and all applicable codesParticipate in project hand-offs and post-project reviewsTravel as needed throughout the Southeast to support active projectsQualifications:Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent on commercial projectsSpecific experience with Walmart / Sam's Club projects (highly preferred)Solid background as Hotel Superintendent (open to strong candidates outside standard salary range)Night shift experience on retail or grocery projects (Publix experience strongly preferred)Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the Southeast USStrong leadership and team management skills in fast-paced environmentsInterested in hearing more?
