In this role, you’ll play a critical part in keeping our manufacturing operations running smoothly by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing plant equipment. If you enjoy solving technical challenges, working with advanced equipment, and contributing to a team-driven environment, we encourage you to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production equipment including vacuum furnaces, boilerclaves, conveyors, wax presses, and robotic cells.Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues quickly to minimize downtime.Conduct preventative maintenance on process equipment throughout the facility.Support robot operation and scheduled maintenance; robotic programming experience is a plus.Assist with plant maintenance projects, equipment installations, and limited construction tasks.Troubleshoot PLC systems and perform light programming when needed.Work across multiple technical areas including electrical systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, pipe fitting, welding, and soldering.Operate maintenance equipment such as fork trucks, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts.Maintain a safe and organized work environment while following all safety protocols.Handle hazardous waste in accordance with MSDS guidelines and company policy.Support equipment service or repair at vendors, suppliers, customer sites, or other company locations when required.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient plant operations.QualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredElectrical degree or certification preferredExperience3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferredExperience maintaining plant equipment and production machineryKnowledge of vacuum furnace operation and repair preferredBackground in hydraulics, plumbing, pipe fitting, welding, and solderingExperience with robotic maintenance and/or programming is a plusPrevious training experience and post-cast manufacturing processing experience are beneficialWhat We’re Looking ForStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionA sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlinesProven reliability and strong attendance historyA team-oriented mindset and effective communication skillsMotivation, accountability, and attention to quality and productivityPhysical & Work EnvironmentWork environments may vary from comfortable indoor settings to more extreme conditions, including temperature changes, physical effort, and varying cleanliness levels.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a high-activity environment.Role may require standing, lifting, climbing, and working in various plant conditions.
