Load Planner (Supply Chain/Logistics)

Responsibilities :- Load-building - Adding shipments to a load, rating a load, securing carrier coverage and appointment setting. Monitoring and resolving MCP email messages. Identify shipping opportunities for improved performance such as: truckload multi-stops, consolidated shipments, etc. - Provide excellent Customer Service to assigned account(s) - Call Center and shared email box responsibility - Provide visibility to management and the customer by tracking shipments, process over-sight, auditing, load exception investigation, researching and troubleshooting operational issues or functions. - Recover customer loads - Complete daily logs and trackers. Provide detailed instruction for various customers and associates from other shifts by phone and e-mail. - Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor
