Payroll Administrator

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will manage multi-state payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while handling high-volume payroll tasks. Responsibilities: u2022 Process multi-state payrolls across various pay cycles with precision and efficiency. u2022 Handle high-volume payroll transactions, ensuring timely and accurate completion. u2022 Reconcile payroll discrepancies and promptly resolve any identified issues. u2022 Manage the calculation and processing of bonuses, commissions, and other special payments. u2022 Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations. u2022 Maintain and update employee payroll records in ADP Workforce Now. u2022 Collaborate with HR and finance teams to address payroll-related inquiries and concerns. u2022 Generate and review payroll reports to identify trends and ensure data accuracy. u2022 Stay updated on payroll laws and best practices to ensure organizational compliance. Hybrid position - 4 days in office and 1 from home Requirements u2022 Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll administration. u2022 Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now and ADP Payroll systems. u2022 Strong knowledge of multi-state payroll processes and regulations. u2022 Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. u2022 Ability to manage high-volume payrolls accurately and efficiently. u2022 Familiarity with reconciling payroll discrepancies and processing special payments. u2022 Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. u2022 Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws.
