You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This role requires strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and effective communication with contractors, crews, and clients.Key Responsibilities? Project Planning & CoordinationDetermine needed resources including manpower, equipment, and materialsPlan construction operations and schedule project phasesEnsure projects stay on schedule and within budget? Team ManagementManage contractors and field staffAssign responsibilities and monitor progressSupervise laborers and provide guidance as needed? Quality & Safety OversightEnsure all work meets company and client standardsEnforce adherence to health and safety regulationsIdentify and report any issues or risks promptly?
