Ensures Northside programs comply with standards of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), the Joint Commission and other regulatory bodies. Acts as a liaison for external organizations such as the JC and ACGME. Serves as a resource for hospital executives and other hospital and medical staff leaders on the requirements related to graduate medical education programs.KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREDBachelors’ degree with demonstrated knowledge and experience in an academic medical education setting Minimum two years experience in providing oversight and coordination of programs related to healthcare and/or medical staffExcellent communication skills; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both written and orally with hospital and medical staffStrong analytical and organization skillsAbility to work independently, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, and meet required deadlinesKNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERREDMaster’s degree with demonstrated knowledge and experience in an academic medical education setting8AM-4:30PM
