If you’re passionate about making an impact, driving compliance, and building a culture where every worker goes home safe, we want you on our team.Oversee and enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures across the job siteSupport and monitor electrical safety compliance, including coordination with tradesConduct daily safety audits, inspections, and field observationsLead safety meetings and provide guidance on proper energy isolation practicesReview and verify LOTO plans, permits, and documentationWork closely with contractors and site leadership to ensure safe execution of workAssist with incident investigations and corrective actions as neededOSHA 30 (Construction) requiredStrong experience with LOTO programs in construction or industrial environmentsFamiliarity with NFPA 70E and electrical safety standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with multiple tradesAdditional certifications (OSHA 510, NFPA 70E training, etc.) are a plusExcellent verbal and written skillsEmbody HazTek's Core Values of Integrity, Compassion, Dependability, Leadership, AccountabilityHazTek Safety Management is a full-service, objective safety partner, founded in 1997.
