The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, supervising nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations. An RN license is preferred.Current RN or LPN license in the State of Rhode Island (RN preferred)Previous supervisory experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting strongly preferredStrong leadership, clinical, and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently and handle emergencies effectivelyExcellent communication and organizational skillsSupervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during the evening shiftEnsure delivery of quality resident care in accordance with care plans and clinical standardsMonitor resident conditions and respond to changes in health statusProvide clinical guidance and leadership to staffManage staffing assignments and address call-outs or coverage needsEnsure compliance with Rhode Island Department of Health regulations and facility policiesCommunicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team membersComplete required documentation, reports, and incident follow-ups
