Housekeeper

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Christian Care - Phoenix Campus, a senior living community. In this essential role, you will help ensure our senior residents enjoy a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. You’ll be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in resident apartments and common areas while upholding the highest standards of sanitation, safety, and professionalism.We are seeking a Full-Time Monday - Friday and Part-Time Tuesday - Thursday positions. Clean resident apartments, common areas, and restrooms following established proceduresMust be able to obtain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance cardOperate and maintain housekeeping equipment, including vacuums and floor care toolsAssist with light building cleaning, laundry duties, and trash removalMaintain clean and orderly outside entrywaysFollow daily task lists and report maintenance issues as neededHandle cleaning chemicals safely and effectivelyCommunicate courteously with residents, staff, and visitors.High school diploma or GED requiredPrevious housekeeping experience in a facility setting preferredComfortable working independently with minimal supervisionAble to read and understand written instructions and policies in EnglishMust pass a drug screening and have a current TB test (or obtain one prior to hire)Must be willing to complete additional training as offeredAbout Us:Christian Care Cottonwood is a not-for-profit Christian Care Community providing over 40 years of affordable senior housing to our residents while promoting their quality of life and independence.We’re a mission-driven organization that values and supports our dedicated team.
