You’ll be the watchful eye that keeps our guests safe while they laugh, splash, and play.What You’ll Do (AKA Save the Day):Stay Alert, Stay AwesomeKeep constant watch over pool and splash areasSpot risks before they become problemsEnforce safety rules (with a smile!)Be Ready for ActionRespond quickly to emergenciesPerform rescues when neededUse first aid, CPR, and AED skills to help guestsKeep It Safe & CleanCheck equipment and water conditionsRemove hazards and report anything unsafeHelp keep the pool area clean and guest-readyBring the Fun (Safely!)Greet guests and answer questionsPromote water safety in a friendly, upbeat wayStay calm, confident, and positive—even under pressureTeam Up for SafetyWork closely with fellow lifeguards and staffRotate positions every 20 minutes (sit, stand, stay sharp!)Support each other to keep everyone safeWhat Makes You a Great Fit:At least 16 years oldStrong swimmer (lifeguard certified? Awesome. Not yet?
