Summary:This position ensures that blood collections goals are met by calling the appropriate donors to Memorial Blood Centers donor centers and mobile blood drive operations.Schedule:Tuesday - Saturday, Tues - Fri 9:00am - 6:30pm and Sat 9am - 1pmHybrid: Mostly remote work, however the initial 1-2 weeks of training is in office at St. Paul location. Employees must be within traveling distance of Memorial Blood Centers St. Paul office to go to the office for required department meetings and trainings.Job Responsibilities:Recruiting for Whole Blood Donations:Calls appropriate donors based on inventory needsUnderstands minimum requirements for donor recruitment and donor deferral guidelinesUses assertivecommunication to secure appointmentsParticipates in programs to increase donor base.
