About the Role: As a CBRE D&T Product Manager, you will oversee a small team that creates products based on user needs, business objectives, and advanced technical feasibility. This job is part of the Product Management job function. They are responsible for the planning, design, and implementation of products and product extensions during all life cycle stages. What Youu2019ll Do: u2022 Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. u2022 Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. u2022 Ensure the product meets all expectations and requirements. u2022 Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product requirements. Communicate requirements to the development team. u2022 Work closely with designers, engineers, and business professionals in a collaborative environment to create strategic, product roadmaps. u2022 Identify and define ongoing updated product features that align with the business strategy. u2022 Provide regular updates to stakeholders. u2022 Actively engage in the Agile process. This includes daily scrum sessions, demos, and testing activities. u2022 Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. u2022 Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. u2022 Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues that may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
