This role serves as a key technical resource, collaborating with department managers to improve both new and existing processes related to capability, efficiency, and productivity.u003c/divu003eu003cdivu003eu0026 u003c/divu003eu003cdivu003eThe ideal candidate will use data-driven decision-making and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support production teams in achieving measurable performance gains.
